The Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs is proud to announce the firm has entered into an agreement to assume the practice and take custody of the client files of Attorney Robert Boland.

Robert Boland has been in active practice on the San Francisco Peninsula for more than 34 years.  Mr. Boland’s practice focused on Estate Planning and Administration, Real Property law, and advising small, family-owned businesses.  Mr. Boland is retiring and has closed his practice.

To continue to provide service to his clients, Mr. Boland has arranged to transfer custody of his client files to the Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs.  Mr. Boland’s current clients have been notified of this arrangement and were given the option to have their files either returned to them or transferred to the Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs.

The Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs opened in San Mateo in 2011.  The firm focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Bankruptcy.  The firm is located in San Mateo owned by attorney Geoff Wiggs.  Geoff and his associate Nadya Machrus operate the practice.

Geoff is an attorney with 12 years’ experience in a broad range of legal disciplines.  Geoff is a 2009 graduate of Santa Clara Law School.  Geoff also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University.  Geoff is licensed to practice in California, Montana, and Wyoming.

Nadya Machrus is a 2020 graduate from Santa Clara Law School and has been working with the firm since 2019.  Nadya is a 2016 graduate from University of California at Berkeley.
