The Real Estate Radio Report – With Tony Mendes

by | May 24, 2017

On March 23, 2017 I had the opportunity to appear on The Real Estate Radio Report with host Tony Mendes. Tony’s site is here. We discussed Bankruptcy Basics along with the importance of hiring a bankruptcy professional.

The Real Estate Radio Report is heard (locally in the SF Bay Area) on AM 1220, Money 2.0 every Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

On the show I discussed the basic types of bankruptcies available to consumers (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), the concept of bankruptcy exemptions, and available methods for techniques for stripping or removing liens from real property. We also briefly discuss the importance of hiring a qualified bankruptcy attorney for your case.
