The Real Estate Report with Tony Mendes

by | May 24, 2017

On May 11, 2017 I again had the opportunity to appear on The Real Estate Radio Report with Tony Mendes. Tony’s site is here. The Real Estate Radio Report is heard (locally in the SF Bay Area) on AM 1220, Money 2.0 every Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. On the show I discussed some Chapter 13 strategies of interest to homeowners facing foreclosure and/or trying to get their lender to “play fair” in the mortgage modification process. We also discussed the importance of hiring a bankruptcy ‘pro’ to help you get the most out of any approach to bankruptcy. I am including the segments involving me below. Please give it a listen, it’s very informative and very brief.
